How can I track my order?

You can track your order from M|Shop by opening the "my orders" section. You will be able to directly check the status of each order. (See image below). Alternatively you can track your order using the M|Companion app. You can download the app here [link]. At the moment this option is not active if you are a customer served by the Milan and Rome depots; you can obtain this information by contacting your reference Salesman directly
