Can I get an additional METRO Card? Can I request a permanent purchasing authorization for my employees?

Of course, you can request an additional METRO Card in the following ways:

METRO.it website, by accessing the reserved area with your credentials, through the "Authorized to purchase" section you will be able to permanently add up to a maximum of 4 new Cards. The additional Card will be assigned to the person you indicate, the new person authorized to purchase will be able to use their METRO Card by downloading the METRO Companion app.

at the Point of Sale, our staff will support you and issue the new METRO Card for you which the new person authorized to purchase can use. The plastic card is not necessary, the new authorized person will be able to access the digital card through the METRO Companion app.
