I lost my card, can I get a duplicate?

If you have lost your plastic METRO Card, you do not need to request a duplicate if you have a digital METRO Card. You will be able to access our Points of Sale and make your purchases by presenting the digital card present in the METRO Companion app.


If you don't have the digital card, you can go to one of our sales points to proceed with digital registration so you no longer have to remember the card: you will always have it at hand on your smartphone!



However, you can request a duplicate of the Card by going to the Point of Sale that issued it. You will need to present an identity document and VAT number.
