How can I have my METRO Card sent to me?

With the digital METRO Card it is no longer necessary to have the plastic METRO Card. Simply download the METRO Companion app and log in with your credentials to use your digital METRO Card also at the Point of Sale.



However, it is still possible, if necessary, to request the plastic METRO Card. In this case, neither shipping nor delegation is foreseen: each name present in the membership card must go to the relevant Sales Point to collect their METRO Card.
